1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account with vvjil, depositing funds, placing bets, playing games, or otherwise utilizing any feature of our platform, you expressly agree to comply with and be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions, as well as all applicable laws and regulations governing online gaming in the Republic of the Philippines. These Terms and Conditions apply to all users of the vvjil platform, including but not limited to registered players, visitors, and any other persons accessing or using our services in any manner.

Failure to provide satisfactory proof of age may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all funds and winnings.

Any individual who creates an account while under the age of twenty-one (21) is in material breach of these Terms and Conditions. Such accounts will be terminated immediately upon discovery, and all deposits, bets, and winnings will be forfeited without recourse. vvjil will not be liable for any losses incurred as a result of underage gambling on our platform.

2.2 Account Registration Requirements

To create an account with vvjil, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process. You agree to:

You are permitted to maintain only one (1) account with vvjil. Creating multiple accounts, whether for fraudulent purposes or otherwise, constitutes a material breach of these Terms and Conditions and may result in immediate termination of all accounts and forfeiture of all funds. vvjil employs sophisticated systems to detect duplicate accounts, including but not limited to matching personal information, payment methods, device identifiers, and IP addresses.

2.3 Restricted Jurisdictions

You may only use vvjil services if you are physically located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is legal and permitted. You represent and warrant that your use of vvjil complies with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of our services is lawful in your location. vvjil disclaims all liability for any illegal or unauthorized use of our services.

3. Account Security and Responsibility

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your vvjil account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login information with any third party under any circumstances. vvjil will never ask you to disclose your password via email, telephone, or any other communication method.

You agree to immediately notify vvjil Customer Support if you become aware of any unauthorized access to your account or any other security breach. Until such notification is received, you will remain liable for all transactions and activities conducted through your account, whether authorized by you or not. vvjil will not be responsible for any losses resulting from unauthorized account access due to your failure to maintain adequate security measures.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Financial Transactions

4.1 Deposits

vvjil accepts deposits through various payment methods available on the platform, including but not limited to GCash, Maya (PayMaya), bank transfers, and cryptocurrency options. The minimum deposit amount is one hundred Philippine Pesos (PHP 100) unless otherwise specified. All deposits are subject to verification procedures and anti-money laundering checks. We reserve the right to refuse or delay any deposit if we suspect fraudulent activity or violation of these Terms and Conditions.

You represent and warrant that all funds deposited into your vvjil account originate from legitimate sources and belong to you personally. Deposits made using payment methods not registered in your own name may be rejected and returned. vvjil will not process deposits from third parties under any circumstances.

4.2 Withdrawals

You may request withdrawal of your available account balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must be fully verified through our Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures, which may require submission of government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership;
• The minimum withdrawal amount is two hundred Philippine Pesos (PHP 200) unless otherwise specified;
• Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in your own legal name;
• Bonus funds and associated wagering requirements must be fully satisfied before withdrawal;
• All deposit funds must be wagered at least once (1x) before withdrawal to comply with anti-money laundering regulations.

vvjil processes most withdrawal requests within fifteen (15) minutes for GCash and Maya, and within twenty-four (24) hours for bank transfers, subject to verification and approval. Processing times may be extended for large withdrawals, accounts flagged for security review, or during periods of high transaction volume. vvjil reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing withdrawals.

4.3 Transaction Fees and Limits

vvjil does not charge fees for deposits or withdrawals unless otherwise specified. However, third-party payment processors or financial institutions may impose their own fees, which are beyond our control. You are responsible for all such fees charged by external parties. Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit and withdrawal limits may apply based on your account verification level and VIP status.

5. Gaming Rules and Fair Play

5.1 Game Integrity

All games offered on the vvjil platform utilize certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology audited by independent testing laboratories. Game outcomes are determined purely by chance and cannot be predicted or manipulated. We guarantee fair and transparent gaming in accordance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.

5.3 Betting Limits

vvjil reserves the right to impose maximum bet limits and maximum win limits on individual games or across the entire platform. These limits may vary based on game type, user account status, and other factors. We reserve the right to void bets or limit stake amounts if we determine that betting patterns are irregular, suspicious, or inconsistent with normal gaming behavior.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

vvjil may offer various bonuses, promotions, and loyalty rewards from time to time. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the vvjil platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any material from our platform without express written permission from vvjil.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, vvjil, its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) our services;
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the platform;
• Any content obtained from the platform;
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content;
• Technical failures, interruptions, or errors in service delivery.

In no event shall vvjil's total liability to you for all claims exceed the amount of deposits you made to your account during the six (6) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to liability.

10. Termination

vvjil reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and refuse any current or future use of our services at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Violation of these Terms and Conditions;
• Fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity;
• Failure to complete account verification;
• Request by law enforcement or regulatory authorities;
• Extended period of account inactivity.

Upon termination, you must immediately cease all use of the vvjil platform. Any funds in your account at the time of termination may be withheld if termination resulted from your breach of these Terms and Conditions or any fraudulent or illegal activity. Otherwise, remaining funds will be returned to you following standard withdrawal procedures.

11. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms and Conditions or your use of vvjil services shall be resolved through good faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center, Inc.

You agree to waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration against vvjil. All disputes must be brought on an individual basis only.

12. General Provisions

12.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and any specific game or promotion rules, constitute the entire agreement between you and vvjil concerning your use of our services and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, or representations.

12.2 Severability
